What is the CTI cancellation policy?

If your cancellation notice is received in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of a course offering, a refund will be issued for the amount of the registration fee less a $15 processing fee. No cash refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled after that date. However, if cancellation notice is received in writing fewer than 30 days before the date of the event, a credit for the registration fee, less a $15 processing fee, will be issued for use on most CTI programs for up to one year following the date of the original course. If no cancellation notice is received prior to an event, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit. The credits cannot be used for the following programs: Fourteen-Week, Legal Aspects of Producing, and the O’Neill Summer Intensive.
