Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received in writing one month before the date
of a course offering, a refund will be issued for the amount of the registration fee less
a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled after that
date. However, if notifi cation is received in writing 30 days or less before the date
of the event, a credit for the total registration fee may be issued for use on any CTI
program for up to one year following the date of the original course.
