CTI O'NEILL SUMMER WORKSHOP:
A PRODUCING PRACTICUM
O’Neill Theatre Center Announces Plays for the 2012 Summer National Playwrights Conference.
A week long hands-on intensive program, in which pairs of participants will develop business plans for a selection of plays and musicals at the O'Neill Summer Conference. The experience will be a mixture of lectures, one-on-one sessions, interaction with writers and directors, and group discussion. The curriculum and setting provide a unique opportunity to interact with artists and understand the process of creative development. The program will be led by Tom Viertel, O'Neill Board Chair and Broadway Producer, and Jed Bernstein, CTI Program Director and Broadway Producer, along with an all-star faculty from the New York theatre community.
