Fourteen Week Program
Advanced Topics for Commercial Producers and Managers
This intensive program presents a comprehensive look at numerous aspects of theatrical producing in the commercial arena. Sessions are scheduled for fourteen consecutive Monday nights. The 2008 program will run from January 21 – April 21, 2008. Each session provides for in-depth discussions with working theatre professionals who give detailed, interactive presentations. Particular attention is given to the relationship between the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors in project development.
Admission is limited to 25 participants who must be nominated by a working management member of the professional theatre community.
The 2008 14-Week Seminar Applications are now available and are due no later than December 7th, 2007. Notifications will be made on or about Dec. 20, 2007.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Anyone who is interested in a commercial producing career. This is an advanced level course. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the CTI 3 Day Weekend and to those who have had definable production experience.

Candidates may be nominated by members of the League, members of the off-Broadway League, ATPAM, artistic or management heads of non-profit institutional theatres, an entertainment attorney, past 14 week program participants. All nomination forms and applicant information forms must be received in our offices no later than Dec. 7th, 2007. They may be faxed, e-mailed, snail mailed or dropped off.
ACCEPTANCE
Candidates will be evaluated by Victoria Bailey, President of Theatre Development Fund, Charlotte St. Martin, Executive Director of The Broadway League, Inc. and Jed Bernstein. Notifications will be made on or about Dec. 20, 2007.
